This week, in our worship series, The Big Reveal, things get scary. We’ll tackle a big chunk from chapters 6 and 7 of Revelation, which kick off with the arrival of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. The passage is the kind that makes you want to pull your covers over your head at bedtime. But even as the scary stuff is stirring up, signs of hope and promises of life break through like a dandelion in the sidewalk pavement. Join us as we wrestle with where God is when things are scary.

Let us continue to lift up in prayer our fellow family of God, which is suffering under the deluge caused by Hurricane Harvey. And may we take hope in the signs of goodness, courage, and light as neighbor reaches out to neighbor and people risk their safety and livelihood to care for those in peril.
I look forward to sharing in God’s story with you on Sunday,
